Screen defects (like dead pixels, abnormal discoloration) not caused by impact.

The warranty becomes void if the damage is due to:

Physical Damage: Cracks, scratches, or broken displays/bezels from drops, impacts, or accidents.

Liquid Damage: Water damage beyond the rated IP/ATM resistance. If your watch is rated for 5ATM and you take it deep-sea diving, damage is not covered. Always check the specific water resistance rating.

Unauthorized Modifications/Tampering: Opening the watch, trying to repair it yourself, or using non-original parts.

Wear and Tear: Normal deterioration of the strap, case finishing, or battery capacity depletion over time (e.g., the battery doesn't last as long as when new).

Use with Non-Standard Accessories: Using unauthorized chargers that cause damage.

Software Issues (often): Software bugs, third-party app issues, or data loss are generally not covered under the hardware warranty, though they may be fixed via firmware updates.

Missing Documentation: Not having the original invoice/warranty card or if the serial number is tampered with.

Purchases from Unauthorized Sellers: Grey market imports or non-authorized retailers may not be honored by official service centers.
